Shelley  has been creating  in the kitchen and her culinary imagination would make many a city chef sit up and take  notice and ask for more .

Shelley has infused her cooking with flavours of the bush and has incorporated many bush tucker flavours in what can only be described as sensational . 

For example Shelley   has matched a fingerlime fig jam  with a caramelised onion and pear  tart .

Kangaroo spring rolls are served with kakadu plum jam and Shelley’s  apple crumble is infused with a wild rosella and native strawberry bush sauce, but please be warned Shelley does change the menu in response to the changing seasons . So check in with Shelley about  what is on the menu when you book and please book the restaurant by 4.30 in the afternoon or when you make your booking as they are a small team at the Inn … and awesome  !!!.
